Aronia extract is extracted from the fruit of Aronia melanocarpa, a plant of the Rosaceae family. Its core active ingredients include:

Polyphenols: accounting for 60%-70% of the total components, among which the content of anthocyanins (such as cornitin-3-galactoside) is as high as 2000-3000 mg per 100g of fresh fruit, which is 3-5 times that of blueberries.
Antioxidant capacity: The ORAC value (oxygen free radical absorption capacity) reaches 16,062 μmol TE/100g, far exceeding that of common fruits.
Other ingredients: Ellagic acid, proanthocyanidins, chlorogenic acid, as well as minerals such as vitamin C (137 mg/100g) and potassium (218 mg/100g).
It is a deep purple powder or liquid, readily soluble in water and ethanol, with a pH stability range of 4 to 7. It should be stored away from light to maintain its activity.
