Zinc PCA is the zinc salt form of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid (PCA), which is derived from the cyclization of L-pyroglutamic acid. It can stimulate the differentiation of epidermal cells and enhance the skin barrier function, thereby retaining skin moisture. In addition, zinc PCA can inhibit excessive oil secretion, acting as an anti-oil and anti-seborrheic agent, and inhibit bacterial proliferation, acting as an antibacterial agent. It is particularly suitable for oily skin.

Function

 1. Oil control and antibacterial: Zinc ions inhibit the activity of sebaceous glands, reduce oil secretion, and inhibit the proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes.
