Mulberry fruit powder is a natural powder made from the ripe fruit of the mulberry tree (Morus alba L.) of the Moraceae family through spray drying, freeze drying or low-temperature crushing. Its core active ingredients include anthocyanins (5%-35%), polysaccharides (such as mulberry polysaccharides ≥50%), vitamin C (44% DV/100g), iron (14% DV/100g) and organic acids (tannic acid, malic acid). In traditional medicine, it is used to nourish the liver and kidneys, and to darken hair and improve eyesight. Modern research has further verified its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and metabolic regulation potential, and it is widely used in food, health products, medicine and cosmetics. |
