Apple cider vinegar powder is a concentrated powder made from liquid apple cider vinegar through a dehydration process. It retains the core active ingredients such as acetic acid, polyphenol compounds and probiotics, while removing the highly irritating volatile acids, making it easier to store and use. Its production process includes apple juice extraction, alcohol fermentation, acetic acid conversion, liquid inclusion and spray drying, and finally forms a white to light yellow powder with good water solubility, apple fragrance and slightly sour taste. |
Active ingredients • Acetic acid (≥5%-10%): regulates intestinal flora and inhibits the growth of pathogens. • Polyphenols (such as quercetin): antioxidant capacity (ORAC value ≥34,553 μmol TE/g), delaying cell aging. • Minerals (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus): regulate electrolyte balance and support cardiovascular and bone health. Test standards • Microorganisms: total colony count ≤1000 CFU/g, no pathogenic bacteria (such as Escherichia coli). • Heavy metals: lead ≤3ppm, arsenic ≤2ppm, mercury ≤0.1ppm. |
