Definition and Source: MCT (Medium-chain triglyceride) oil powder is made from coconut oil or palm kernel oil through hydrolysis, fractionation and microencapsulation technology. The core components are triglycerides of capric acid (C8) and decanoic acid (C10), with adjustable ratios (such as C8:C10 being 60:40 or 70:30).
